2. Data and purposes
We only process personal data needed to answer enquiries, manage bookings and stays, handle payments and administration, comply with legal obligations and keep the website secure and technically functional. Depending on your contact or booking, this may include your name, contact details, stay and booking data, invoicing data and technical logs.
3. Legal bases
Depending on the purpose, processing is necessary for a contract or pre-contractual steps, compliance with a legal obligation, a legitimate interest such as security and service delivery, or consent where consent is required.
4. Recipients and external platforms
Data may be processed by service providers required for hosting, email, accounting, IT and booking processing. If you book through or follow a link to Cubilis, Booking.com, Expedia or Airbnb, those parties process data under their own privacy terms. Data is only shared with public authorities where required by law.

Enquiries are generally kept for no more than 24 months after the last relevant contact unless the information forms part of a booking, contract or dispute. Operational booking data is not kept longer than needed for the stay and follow-up. Accounting and tax documents may be retained for 10 years under applicable Belgian retention obligations. Technical logs are generally kept for no more than 12 months unless longer retention is required for security or incident investigation.

Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing. Where processing relies on consent, consent can be withdrawn.
