1. Operator
Chateau Fort Lapin is a trading name of HIT-IT BV, Kruisstraat 16, 8870 Izegem, Belgium, BE 0779.575.637. The accommodation is located at Fort Lapin 25, 8000 Bruges.
2. Bookings
Availability, prices and specific booking conditions are displayed in the booking environment or platform used. A booking becomes final in accordance with the confirmation and conditions of the selected booking route.
3. Payment and cancellation
The payment, amendment and cancellation conditions shown during booking and in the confirmation apply to that booking. When an external platform is used, that platform’s terms may also apply.
4. Stay
Guests are asked to treat the building, rooms, shared areas and other guests with respect. Practical information on arrival, departure and access is provided with the booking or before the stay.
5. Parking and facilities
Parking is available subject to availability and is not guaranteed for every booking. Facilities may temporarily be unavailable due to maintenance, safety or force majeure. We aim to inform guests in good time where relevant.
6. Liability
HIT-IT BV is liable within the limits of applicable law. Personal belongings remain the guest’s responsibility except where the law provides otherwise.
7. Complaints

8. Applicable law
Belgian law applies to the relationship with Chateau Fort Lapin, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
